Our Principal and Founder
Eric Crowley, the Principal and Founder of ENGenious LLC, brings a wealth of experience from the construction and design sectors, specializing in Civil Engineering and the built environment. He holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado and Arizona, and is also a Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD) accredited by the American Institute of Building Designers (AIBD) on a national level.
Mr. Crowley pursued his education at Arizona State University, where he studied Architecture and Civil Engineering, earning a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, and Sustainable Engineering.
Throughout his career, Mr. Crowley has held various positions within the construction industry, contributing to diverse projects, including serving as a construction specialist for a 1/16 scale barrel wave surf pool, a field inspector for the AZ loop 303 I-17 and I-40, a project manager for multiple Arizona Public Service fossil generation facility projects, and an owner's representative construction manager for the Richard A Reynolds Desalination Facility expansion.
His design expertise encompasses wastewater and water treatment facilities, environmental land development, civil grading and drainage, hydraulic design, post-tension and conventional foundations, as well as structural wood-framed, masonry, and steel structures, along with architectural design.
With his extensive background in building design and various Civil Engineering fields, such as Water Resources, Environmental, Sustainable, and Structural engineering, Mr. Crowley offers comprehensive insights and consultations across all aspects of the projects undertaken by ENGenious LLC.
